FEELING GOOD!! tuesday - jog around poet's walk and one lap salthouse fields 25mins plus one hour dog walk, wednesday - pilates, thursday - jog around poet's walk and TWO laps salthouse fields 25 mins...swimming tomorrow! Maybe I should also reduce my intake of chocolate muffins?
post script - what a brilliant gadget. I knew this would be out there somewhere. Apparently I jogged 2.66 miles today.
