Training Continues

Body Balance last night instead of pilates – hokey but knackering. Today repeated the 3 mile run but managed to complete the first 20 mins with no stops at all, which is a major achievement (thanks to Ollie who kicked me up the last hill). Hopefully on our next run we will increase the┬ádistance.


Trial in London next week all week so may not get much achieved. Only 8 1/2 weeks to go until the run, so I need to keep up the pace!
