Training Continues

Body Balance last night instead of pilates Рhokey but knackering. Today repeated the 3 mile run but managed to complete the first 20 mins with no stops at all, which is a major achievement (thanks to Ollie who kicked me up the last hill). Hopefully on our next run we will increase the distance.


Trial in London next week all week so may not get much achieved. Only 8 1/2 weeks to go until the run, so I need to keep up the pace!
